This Premium Tokubetsu Junmai is made with Iwai rice, a variety of sake brewing rice only grown in the Kyoto Prefecture. The rice is polished to 60% of its original size. the ingredients to this sake's creation are Iwai rice, the pristine water of Fushimi, and Gekkeikan's skill and dedication to perfection.
